World Class Datacentres
All IT solutions are dependent upon one crucial factor: POWER Should your equipment lose power, it doesn’t matter how well designed the application is or how redundant your networks are. Without continuous reliable power you will experience potentially costly downtime. At BeyondCloud we recognise this and have chosen our Datacentre locations accordingly. Each of our Datacentres are purpose built to exacting standards ensuring full Tier III compliance. We can ensure a service level uptime of a minimum of 99.99% availability for power. In fact, over the last eight (8) years our datacentres have recorded an amazing 100% uptime for continuous power.
Security First
Your information (data) is perhaps your most important asset, and at BeyondCloud we understand how critical this is to any business. We treat security with as much importance as availability. There’s no point in making sure your systems are always available if they’re not secure! Our security focus starts at our Datacentres with full 24x7 manned onsite security, and highly controlled access with biometric checking of all personnel within the facilities. We ensure that our internal infrastructure is designed to meet extremely stringent security best practices. We take numerous steps to ensure that all client information is kept completely secured from other client data, and that your information travelling on the wire (traffic) is 100% separate from other client data. As part of our commitment to customer support we optionally offer a fully managed service, whereby we will look after the complex tasks of maintaining and managing your systems. Who we are
BeyondCloud is a 100% Australian owned and operated company, with a primary focus on providing quality, reliable Cloud & IT solutions to match our customer needs. We believe in keeping our customer information secure. All of our systems are physically located in Australia and are owned or leased by us directly. We do not store customer data on any foreign owned infrastructure. This includes all backups and recovery systems. Only internal BeyondCloud staff are allowed physical or admin level access to customer data. We have consistently provided successful solutions for customers ranging from numerous small enterprises, through to government departments, and a large Australian owned airline.
